Process Engineer

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and independent individual to join our growing Engineering Team as a Process Engineer.  The qualified candidate will develop and implement a system to gather, track and trend internal process controls and capabilities on new and current production.   This includes collaborating with the manufacturing floor to improve product quality by evaluating process capability and analyzing key process variables. 

Quality Engineer

We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer with medical device experience to join our dynamic team.  The Quality Engineer will be responsible for maintaining our corporate quality systems while providing quality assurance support to our surgical and medical implant development and validation efforts.  The qualified candidate will participate in technical reviews of design input specifications and create documentation. Additional duties include conducting engineering studies utilizing advanced statistical methods and techniques to solve quality problems, providing guidance on process capabilities during validations, and gathering root cause analysis data to support findings and implement corrective/preventative action.  Exceptional communication and project management skills are required while building sound working relationships with our customers as well as other members of the Norwood Team. 

Quality Inspector

We are currently seeking motivated and career focus Quality Inspectors to join our team on both shifts.  Job duties include utilizing precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment to inspect first piece, in-process and final manufactured parts. 

CNC Operator

Operate production CNC Mills and Lathes to produce quality medical components. Successful candidates will follow a detailed manufacturing inspection plan to ensure and record quality parts. This opportunity is ideal for those individuals who have a stable work history and are interested in working in the medical manufacturing field.

Swiss Machinist

Currently seeking Swiss Machinist/Operators to produce complex medical devices and orthopedic implants. The ideal candidate will possess previous Swiss experience or related machining experience and the ability to set up, run and inspect produced parts.
